Let My People Go
G-d sent Moses back to Pharoah with a dire warning that unless Pharoah releases the Israelites, terrible plagues will lay waste the land of Egypt.
Exodus 10:3
So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh, “This is what the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, says: ‘How long will you refuse to humble yourself before Me? Let My people go, so that they may worship Me.'”

Fun fact
Antisimetism
The story of the Exodus, when Egypt oppressed the Jewish People, is the first instance where another nation turned against the people of Israel as a nation. During the Passover/Pesach Seder where we recall the story of the Exodus, a special song tells of millennia of oppression and antisemitism that the Jewish People have endured.
And it is this (the Torah) that has stood by our ancestors and for us.
For not only one (enemy) has risen up against us to destroy us,
but in every generation they rise up to destroy us.
But the Holy One, Blessed be He, delivers us from their hands
All the empires who sought the destruction of the Jewish People are no more, but the Jewish People endure!
