Synagogue at Isfiya (Mount Carmel)
A section of a mosaic floor from the synagogue in Isfiya on Mount Carmel was discovered during excavations in 1933. It features a wreath surrounding the inscription "Peace upon Israel." The synagogue is dated to the second half of the 5th century CE.
