Jeremiah 40:6 ‍

So Jeremiah came to Gedaliah son of Ahikam at Mizpah, and stayed with him among the people who were left in the land.

‍However, not long after, Gedaliah was assassinated, prompting those who were left in the land to flee to Egypt.

יִרְמְיָהוּ ל"ט, י"א-י"ד:
