Ezekiel in Tel Abib (Til Abubi)
Ezekiel 3:15
And I came to the exile community that dwelt in Tel Abib by the Chebar Canal, and I remained where they dwelt.
This cuneiform tablet was written in the city of Til-Abubi which in the Akkadian language means "ruin mound of the flood." This was the source of the name of modern-day Tel Aviv in Israel. The Hebrew word “Aviv” means spring or renewal, which marks a new beginning.
